Juan did a great job finding the source of the problem and very quickly repairing a can light in our restroom. He has very polite and explained what he was doing every step of the repair. Will definitely be calling him again for any electrical issues in our home

12/7/25: Called Duke Electric for a new wall oven/microwave install. Ended up having to do an emergency breaker panel change out on my home (PG&E confirmed it was necessary) Juan did the replacement in 2-days (we were without power during) he provided me and my family with a portable battery backup which was much appreciated! (kept the fridge and a few lights on) Juan was thorough, professional, and meticulous about his work. Had us up and running on day 2, mandatory city permits and inspections included. Many thanks for expediting the work and diagnosing an "existing" potential catastrophic safety risk...
