He recommended a full home rewire due to the age of the wiring and the potential fire risk, which gave me peace of mind knowing safety was the priority. Once I decided to move forward, Ken was very accommodating he gave me time to prepare the house and stayed true to his timeline from start to finish. In addition to the rewire, he upgraded my electrical panel, moved it outside, and installed a 220-amp panel to prevent breaker overload issues. The entire project was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. He even went above and beyond by adding extra lights, outlets, and switches throughout the house. What really sets Ken apart is his communication and reliability. He coordinated everything with PG&E and city inspectors, keeping me informed every step of the way. Before finding Ken, I had several electricians come by who either never followed up or completely ghosted me but Ken and his team were dependable from day one. Even after the project was completed, Ken continued to provide amazing support. When I accidentally installed a ceiling fan incorrectly and kept tripping a breaker, he came by, quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it in about 15 minutes, and didn’t charge me. Instead, he took the time to explain what went wrong so I could understand it myself. Ken genuinely treats his customers like family. He even went out of his way to make sure our pets had cold water while working around the house, which meant a lot to us.
