Great communication, Arrived quickly, Professional and Affordable. Ryan has worked on a few home projects around my home. My husband is getting older and not able to keep up with our home anymore. I definitely will keep calling Ryan.

I needed the installation of 3 deadbolts place in 3 doors (Front / Garage /side door). The holes need to be drilled out in the doors and in the door frames to do the installation along with chiseling for the latch plate. Ryan (Schroeder & Son's) showed up on time, wore a mask (upon our request), and got to work immediately. He finished fairly quickly and was able to get the job done with ease. Many repairmen told me this job would be difficult and costly due to 2 out 3 the doors having metal exterior panels with wood core. Some repairmen were hesitant to perform the job, and recommended purchasing a new door that is wood rather than metal. This would be very costly, and apparently very unnecessary. Some called me back and said they think they can do it but it would cost me. Ryan is an honest repairman, and explains things well. He easily got this task done with A Milwaukee hole saw and template. The total job cost me $100. Honestly, this was a job I was considering doing myself. I am happy I called him for the help. Competitors were charging me upwards to $380 for this same job. While I felt Ryan could have been a little more attentive to minor details. I felt he did a good job over-all, and would call him again for future repairs. He cleaned up and fixed minor imperfections. He said if I was unhappy with my service he would come back as long as it is not related to the product (dead-bolts) it self. He also stated that he will give a discount for the next time he comes to do a repair.
