Greer's Banner Air

We went to Greer's Banner Air to purchase a fireplace insert for our home. I found the salesman to be knowledgeable and very helpful. The whole process from measuring, pricing and installation was absolutely seamless and professional. The cost was upfront and they did not add any unnecessary charges. Pricing was extremely fair and the total cost was significantly less than other local vendors. I would highly recommend Greer's Banner Air for fireplace inserts.

I contacted them during the evening and they responded and scheduled me for the next day. Fixed our thermostat, great customer service, quickly fixed the issue, provided us with a new thermostat manual. Thanks!

Much better options out there!!!! Had a blower motor changed out . Tech was great and helpful. Cost of blower motor 900$ cost of 2.2 hrs labor 850$.. What ever happened to honest busines owners. Owner should be ashamed!! Over 386$ an hour labor !! You try and support local and this is what you get in return. Make sure to get different estimates maybe you can find an honest company.not a price gouger!!! Over Double labor cost over California averages!! Edit Response to owner I thought that was a quote or estimate I was mistaken. I understand the motor was expensive and I listed my parts cost at MSRP for a Trane factory blower motor . I was also told I would get an itemized receipt all I got was change blower motor 1750$ on my receipt. I bet if a true receipt was produced it would definitely show the price gouging!!!
