From the initial quote to the final install I had a great experience with Grogan Mechanical. Chris was great and provided a variety of different furnace + AC options to meet my needs and budget. I appreciate their system that sent me alerts to the status of my proposals and tech visit. Would definitely recommend and use them again for heating and cooling services.

He was able to fix the issue with my thermostat within less than an hour after a previous company took several hours with no resolution. Our technician, Jake, was super friendly and took the time to really understand our heating issues before diving into the inspection. He explained everything clearly, but sadly, he couldnt fix it on the spot since it involved some complex ductwork. Still, Grogan Mechanical has always been our go-to for HVAC needs, and we trust them completely. 👍
