I had a great experience with Monarch Home Services! The office staff was super helpful when setting up my appointment, and my technician Sangeet was punctual, professional, and very informative. My AC had stopped working, and after a failed attempt by a family friend to fix it, I wasn’t sure what to do. Monarch came through the same day, got my unit running again, and made me feel confident that I called the right company. I highly recommend them for anyone needing fast and reliable service

As a single mom, it can be stressful letting people into your home but my technician, Jesse, made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. He was professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood exactly what was going on with my unit. I also loved that Monarch Home Services offers the opportunity to donate canned foods to help the less fortunate while getting your service done. It felt good knowing that taking care of my home was also supporting our community. I definitely recommend Monarch Home Services and look forward to using them again in the future!

Everyone was so friendly. When doing the initial inspection it was thorough and was shown videos of the results. There are plenty of packages available if you need anything fixed. All the people I walked to were very knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and treated you like a real person, which I find is hard to come by lately in businesses. I will continue working with monarch and recommend them to everyone!!
