After moving, our garage was packed with boxes, random trash, and stuff we didn’t even want to sort through. They came in and handled everything fast and professionally. Super easy scheduling, fair pricing, and no hassle at all. It feels so good to have a clean garage again. Would definitely use them again!

Swift disposal did an excellent job. The two men were able to do what their competition ,800 Got Junk, couldnt do with 4 people. Cost more bit worth it.

I had an overall good experience with Swift Disposal. We called them up, they came over same day, provided a good quote (we checked with a few other companies) and they even started clearing out our demo that day. There was too much to do all in one shot, so they came back the second day to finish everything up and the results speak for itself. We (and our neighbors) REALLY appreciate how quickly these gentlemen got our construction debris removed from the front of our house. Good customer service is hard to come by these days but these guys were fairly responsive, genuinely happy to help, quick and provided exactly what we asked for, all with a smile and good attitude. To be sure, there were some minor issues, with the communication especially. That could have been better. Firstly, we were told they would come back that first day and they never did, and only after we contacted them did they tell us they would come back the next day. Secondly, on the next day, they missed the timeframe they gave us by about an hour, and again they didn’t communicate with us that they were going to be late at a all, we had to reach out to them. The third issue was that it was not made clear to us that there is an additional 3.5% charge on cards. Not a big deal, but would have appreciated that being communicated upfront. So overall, these guys are great, work hard and are very pleasant to work with and I will absolutely be recommending them to anyone else. But also, they need to work on their communication overall, but that really is my only “complaint.” 4.5/5
